Javascript Data Visualizations Using dc.js

Need to tell a story with some data? Skip the table and reach for a data visualization. JavaScript is a great tool for creating interactive visualizations that can be viewed on any device with a browser. In this talk I’ll focus on dc.js, a JavaScript library that provides a simple API for creating common SVG-based graphics. dc.js is simple but powerful; it uses d3.js under-the-hood and gives the developer full access to d3 should the need arise. We’ll take a high-level tour of dc.js and then walk through creating a visualization together.
