Web Geeks Dojo: React Hooks
If you have been developing software with React for any period of time then you’re probably aware of hooks. Hooks are functions that let you “hook into” React state and lifecycle features from function components. Hooks don’t work inside classes — they let you use React without classes.
Join use February 10th to learn more about using hooks in your React projects. Bring a computer and a friend. During this dojo we’ll be forming groups and collectively working on a challenge to write our own React hooks. This project is for developers that are new to React, or have been using React classes for a long time. You’ll also do well if you’re curious and interested in learning something new.
